Yes, we offer a completely free shipping and delivery. Shipping and deliveries take place only within Hong Kong, as we make sure that each item is delivered to your doorstep in a convenient manner. Our focus is always on convenience and positive user experience in this regard.
An order is generally delivered within 3-4 working days. The initial time needed to ship a product, after internal processing and checks is 2 business days. Once the order is shipped, it takes 1-2 business days to get delivered to the address that you’ve provided us.
Our company offers returns for every product that is purchased from us. We make sure that you get 30 days to return any defective, wrong, or ill-fitting product that’s delivered to your doorstep. However, the returned product must be in original condition, like it was delivered to you.
