products, and place an order. You need to complete the
checkout process to ensure that your order is placed with us.
Yes, we offer a completely free shipping and delivery. Shipping and
deliveries take place only within Hong Kong, as we
make sure that each item is delivered to your doorstep in a convenient
manner. Our focus is always on convenience and
positive user experience in this regard.
An order is generally delivered within 3-4 working days. The initial
time needed to ship a product, after internal
processing and checks is 2 business days. Once the order is shipped, it
takes 1-2 business days to get delivered to the
address that you’ve provided us.
Our company offers returns for every product that is purchased from us.
We make sure that you get 30 days to return any
defective, wrong, or ill-fitting product that’s delivered to your
doorstep. However, the returned product must be in
original condition, like it was delivered to you.
There are no return or restocking fee that is charged from our end.

Once an order is confirmed, you can place a cancellation request with us
only until it has not been shipped out of our

your address as per your convenience. Once it
reaches us, we take 1 business day to inspect your returned item and
then if it’s approved, we offer you with either an
exchange or a complete refund. Exchanges are only available if the stock
is available.
